Overview

UAE tax compliance, made simple

The UAE remains one of the most tax-efficient places in the world to do business, but compliance is now mandatory. VAT applies to most goods and services at 5%, and Federal Corporate Tax applies to business profits for financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023. Missed registrations and late filings attract fixed penalties.

Our tax advisors handle registration, returns and record-keeping requirements for Mainland and Free Zone companies. We work alongside your trade licence setup so your new company is registered correctly from day one.
